The West Virginia Black Caucus of the Democratic Party is holding a fundraising dinner in support of African-American candidates in the Eastern Panhandle.

The event will start at 5:00 pm in Fisherman’s Hall in Charles Town and in addition to the dinner, it will feature as a speaker, Dr. Stephanie Ganaway-Pasley, a retired Summary Court Judge and current City Council member from North Charleston, South Carolina.
