DESCRIPTION:IJCWV is holding its first organizational meeting of 2026 on Sunday Feb. 1 from 4:00 to 5:30 in Shepherdstown at the Community Center (War Memorial Bldg.) They’re asking for material donations to equip a roadside memorial to the slain victims of ICE in MN. They set up the memorial on Rt 340 opposite the CPB Training Facility. Donations might include signs\, flowers\, LED candles\, and so forth.\nThey will be actively maintaining the memorial at a weekly rally on Fridays at noon. (Parking is on the north side of 340 off Shipley School Rd.)
