May 12th is the day to vote for your preferences for who you want represent the Democratic party in the general election for state and national position, It is also the date when elections for positions in single county races take place. Single county races are NOT primaries; they are the decisive elections for these positions.  Most important are the positions for County Commission, the Board of Education (School Board) and all Judicial (judges) appointments.
