The Jefferson County School Board election in May is going to feature two candidates who have already spoken up with members about their positions. They are Carmen Taylor Bratton and Natalie Grantham Friend. They and potentially other candidates have been invited to the Democratic Women’s Club monthly meeting on April 11 at noon at the Charles Town Library. This is an open meeting so do plan on attending if you’re concerned about the state of our public schools.
