Members and volunteers of the Jefferson County Democratic Association and Executive Committee will be marching in the annual African American Culture & Heritage Day Parade in Downtown Charles Town.

The African American Culture & Heritage Day Celebration is more than an event, it is a Legacy Celebration. This gathering exists because of the commitment, dedication, and support of our community.
