Serious door knocking for candidates begins in September. Stewart Acuff is already on the stump communicating with residents about the wrong-headedness of our governor who’s trying to force data centers on us. Stewart also telling people that we have a wonderful candidate in Jenny Thacker who’s willing, able, and eager to take the fight to Charleston.,
Stewart Acuff gives an on-the-ground or, rather, a front-door perspective on what folks in Jefferson County feel about data centers. He goes on to contrast the negative attitude of citizens for these “damn” data centers with the governor’s and Republican legislators’ open arms policy toward bringing them into the state.
Stewart Acuff lights into the Trump administration and its followers here in West Virginia. He lays out arguments from journalists, economists, and our diminishing number of allies to show the administration’s policies are the root cause of our inflationary pressures. Those pressures are making the lives of all our citizens harder and Stewart wonders why they’re doing it.
