Antoinette Ringgold, 2025’s Democrat of the Year for Jefferson County, will speak about the Voting Rights Law and the threat it faces from the Supreme Court, red states eager to gerrymander Blacks out of representation, and Congressional efforts to make voting more difficult–all of these efforts being mandated and directed from the president of the United States.
