Jefferson County residents are under threat from the Valley Link North proposal to build high voltage electricity transmission lines through the county. Jenny Thacker, our candidate for state Delegate in District 100, lays out reality of the environmental and property damage the project will cause for what will be essentially no lasting benefit.
